Winding Road Video: Bentley Continental GTC V8

Reviews I By John Beltz Snyder I July 04, 2013
We recently spent some quality time with the 2014 Bentley Continental GTC V8, and we made sure to bring the video cameras along for part of it.

In this first video, Multimedia Editor Chris Amos gives us an up close look at the hot Conti convertible in a walkaround video. You can check out the interior, admire the wheels and lighting, and see how long it takes to drop the top.

In the second video, Chris Amos takes the Bentley for a spin, sampling its biturbocharged, 4.0-liter V-8 and eight-speed shiftable automatic. With 500 horsepower and 487 pound feet of torque, it can hustle to 60 miles per our in 4.7 seconds, despite its 5445-pound curb weight. Sorry, he doesn’t take it all the way up to its 187-mph top speed.

Check back, as we’ll have more words to say about the Bentley Continental GTC V8 soon at Winding Road.

Also, be sure to visit our YouTube channel for more great videos of the cars we drive.
