Winding Road Video: 2013 Toyota 4Runner

In these videos, Multimedia Editor Chris Amos gets up close and personal with the 2013 Toyota 4Runner.

 

In the first video, Chris gives us a walkaround, showing the 4Runner inside and out. He stuffs a mountain bike in there, and even dares press the Party Mode button. (For the uninitiated, Party Mode is perfect for tailgating, as it shifts the sound of the stereo mostly to the rear of the vehicle and increases the bass.)

 

 

The second video contains the driving footage, as Chris gets behind the wheel with his video camera goggles and shows us what it’s like to pilot the 4Runner around. We can experience the high vantage the tall SUV affords, but more importantly, he wrings out the 4.0-liter V-6, so we can hear what that sounds like in action.
