We’ve seen spy shots of the Audi A7 Sportback in winter testing, but now it takes to the Nürburgring it all its camouflaged glory.
From these pictures, we can easily see the deploying spoiler adding downforce as it takes a fast lap. It may be difficult to see here, but the lop of the liftgate has been lowered to floor level for easier access (it was higher on the concept vehicle).
The A7 will likely share powertrains with the A6 and A8, and will have BMW square in its sights. It will likely come to market next year as a 2012 model.
We have it from our spy photographer that Audi is testing the suspension settings on the A7. A brief note from the shooter follows.
The Audi A7 has hit the Nürburgring for some quick laps and suspension settings.
