WR TV: 2015 Subaru WRX STI Flying Lap at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca

Features, Racing I By Winding Road Staff I February 19, 2014
Subaru is quite confident in the new WRX STI’s on-track abilities. So much so, in fact, that they invited us to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca to put the new winged wonder through its paces around the course. With a new stiffer chassis, heavily revised steering and suspension, and an updated version of Subaru’s trusty 2.5-liter four cylinder boxer engine dispensing 305 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque, the WRX STI looks to have it where it counts. So how’d it do? Check out the video below to find out, and don’t forget to read our review for more details on the newest top-shelf WRX.
