FCP Euro, a team who’s had a lot of success winning titles in SRO TCR with their Mk7 GTIs, will be out again this weekend jumping curbs at St. Petersburg.
They’ll be out to defend their place on the podium there last year, having swept Race 1 and 2, and will be up against some stiff competition from other teams. Notably, Copeland who field Veloster Ns and won big this past weekend at COTA.
A few months back, FCP did a really nice documentary on their experience at St. Petersburg last year. Check it out below – the editing and camera work is brilliant and the story is quite inspiring. Plus, who doesn't love watching FWD turbo hatches jump curbs in close quarters? We can't wait for St. Petersburg, and Long Beach in April.
