Rumors: Spy Shots—2014 BMW M3 Spied

News I By Winding Road Staff I August 15, 2012
Though there’s not a lot of new news here, the combined forces of Autoblog and CarPix are stirring the pot of M3 fandom yet again.
The long lenses have been out in force around the Nürburgring—where the world’s highest concentration of photographers wearing twigs on their heads can be found—this time spotting M3 sedan in lightly taped and be-swirled guise.
Sources indicate the following salient points: 400-plus horsepower from a blown inline-six, a seven-speed DCT gearbox as perhaps the only transmission of choice, and a debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March of 2013.
