Ford Pinto, Pontiac Aztek Named Among 50 Worst Inventions

Time magazine’s list of the 50 Worst Inventions includes both the Ford Pinto and the Pontiac Aztek.

Time cites the Pinto’s tendency to explode as reason to make it onto the shameful list.

As for the Pontiac Aztek, it wasn’t a safety issue that put it on the list. Time calls the Aztek “quite possibly the ugliest vehicle on the planet.”
