The All-New 2023 Chevrolet Colorado

Cars, News I By Justin Cornelison I August 16, 2022

With a wider exterior and a much-needed improved interior, the all-new Chevrolet Colorado looks to pack a punch with it’s turbocharged 2.7 liter in-line 4 cylinder, with an impressive available 430 lb-ft torque.  Due to start production next spring, let’s dive into some of the highlights:

  • Available in 5 different trim levels (WT/LT/Z71/ZR2/and the new for 2023 Trail Boss)
  • Borrowing the Silverado’s turbocharged 4 cyl engine, available power ranges from 231-310 hp, with 259-430 lb-ft torque
  • 2.3 inches wider & 3.1 inches longer, the Colorado will only be available as a four-door crew cab with a 5 feet 2 inch bed
  • Every Colorado comes with a large 11.3-inch infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity

The details sound good, and we have to admit, the truck looks quite handsome – especially in ZR2 trim.  Pricing is yet to be announced, however it seems like Chevy may have a segment winner on their hands.
