Video: Baja 1000 With Bryce Menzies

This is GoPro’s Video Of The Week, which follows driver Bryce Menzies and team on the Baja 1000 race in Mexico. The entire video is shot using GoPro Hero3 cameras, and it serves as a way for the company to showcase their product. For us, though, it’s a way to get a view from behind the wheel in one of the craziest races on the planet.

 

There is a lot going on in this video, including skilled driving, lots of jumps (naturally), driver and co-driver sharing a single rag to wipe their facemasks, an overturned truck, and speeding through clouds of dust in the dark of night.

 

It’s worth the 15 minutes it takes to watch the video, but if you’re pressed for time, the race starts just after the four-minute mark. Enjoy!
