This is the 2014 Toyota Corolla. Hey, you’re not yawning yet! Great! The new Corolla is a big leap forward from a design standpoint, with a bolder, sharper front fascia with a bit of the Corolla Furia Concept from the 2013 Detroit auto show making it into production.
The dynamic performance of the Elantra Coupe never really came together. The steering, while decently weighted, lacked a real sense of feedback. Although things felt okay on-center, it was difficult to garner feedback through the steering wheel in the bends. To be frank, we found ourselves guessing as to what the front tires were doing as we zipped through the Irish Hills.
Ferrari has announced a new V-12-powered car, the F12berlinetta, ahead of its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. The Italian automaker is calling the F12berlinetta the “fastest Ferrari ever built.”
Chevrolet has announced a long-roof variant of the Cruze to be shown at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The Cruze Station Wagon, like its hatchback brother, will be a Euro-only affair. The Europeans will also get their hands on the 1.4-liter turbo four we get stateside, as well as a new 1.7-liter diesel.
Mitsubishi has announced that it will bring its Concept Global Small car to the Geneva Motor Show in March, as a preview to a compact car scheduled for 2012 production.
