We’ve been having such a great time working toward our SCCA Competition License running in the Spec Miata class races that we almost forgot that there’s still plenty of cool events you can do with daily driver. As the weather warms up, autocross events are popping up around the country, so we decided to take the Winding Road Challenger out to the autocross for a closer look at this very fun and accessible way to get involved in road racing.

Aston Martin Readying Hydrogen-Powered Racer

For this year’s 24 Hours of Nürburgring, Aston Martin will campaign the world’s first hydrogen-powered race car, a modified Rapide S. You may recall that 007’s manufacturer of choice has campaigned its four-door coupe during the 24-hour race in the past, so there’s a precedent here.

Grand-Am, ALMS To Merge For 2014 Season

Road racing is going to look a lot different in 2014. In a shocking move, Grand-Am and the American Le Mans Series have announced that the two series will be merging with an inaugral season planned for 2014. The season opens with the Rolex 24 At Daytona.
