World Rally Ranking Shows Sebastien Ogier Dominates in 2013

French driver Sébastien Ogier clenched the number one spot with commanding authority in international rallying for 2013, according to World Rally Ranking. Second place belongs to the Belgian Thierry Neuville, and the podium is completed by Finnish Jari-Matti Latvala. The International Rally Drivers Association ranks the top 15 as follows:
