Here at Winding Road, we’ve had some swell interns show up to help us out while learning about automotive journalism. Now we have a new website, a new year is on the horizon, and we’re looking for some new faces to brighten up our intern dungeon editorial office as the new semester begins.
As a means to providing more complete coverage of the industry, keeping information on our website up to date, seeding and participating in our Forums sections, and generally tidying up around the place; we’re hunting for interns. A small, dedicated cadre of car lovers, to help us complete our mission of producing the best digital car book and website on the planet. The pay isn’t great (we aren’t going to pay you), but we do offer a foot in the door for one of the best careers going, and the company of a staff that truly love what they do. Plus, you’ll be in on all our inside jokes, and learn where the easter eggs are on our website.
Interested parties should be passionate drivers, first and foremost. Knowledge of the automotive landscape, a sense of humor, and the ability to string a few sentences together won’t hurt either. We would much prefer somebody local, who could hang out in our Ypsilanti, Michigan office with us, though we will consider telecommuters.
Send your information, questions, or comments to [email protected]. Thanks, and good luck.
