Winding Road Racing Opens New California Store At Thunderhill Raceway Park

Parents are typically excited to welcome a new arrival to the family, and so we are excited to announce a new partnership between Winding Road Racing and Thunderhill Raceway Park through which WRR will be the on-site retail provider of motorsports equipment at Thunderhill. As part of this partnership, Winding Road Racing will be opening its fourth retail location, serving Northern California road racers and visitors from around the world who race at Thunderhill in events like the NASA’s renowned 25 Hours of Thunderhill. Winding Road Racing currently serves the Southern California market from its SoCal store in Fountain Valley.

 

The new retail store will be open to the public starting on Friday, February 24, 2017. With the opening of the retail store, racers at Thunderhill have access to safety gear and equipment without having to leave the track. A broad selection of top-tier products from Stilo, Alpinestars, Sparco, Black Armor, Longacre, Simpson and AIM Data will be in stock.

The new retail store will be outfitted with a wide range of road racing gear and equipment: helmets and accessories, racing suits, gauges, tools, shoes, gloves, nomex underwear, lap timers, and much more, along with Thunderhill’s current lines of memorabilia and snacks. Customers can also select from over 5000 road racing products online at WindingRoadRacing.com and have their purchases delivered to Thunderhill for pick-up in-store.

This will be the fourth Winding Road Racing retail store following the openings in Southern California, Bowling Green, KY and Austin, Texas.
