Will Colton Herta be America’s Next F1 Driver?

Colton Herta to Alpha Tauri?

Colton Herta is rumored to be on the verge of signing a contract with Red Bull Racing for an F1 seat at sister team Alpha Tauri.  According to multiple reports, Herta is poised to take the seat being vacated by Pierre Gasly, as the Frenchman is supposedly headed to the French squad Alpine.

The only thing holding back the announcement?  Herta doesn’t have any super-license points.  Helmet Marko spilled the beans during an interview on Sirius XM.
