Video: Driving The Nürburgring In An F1 Car

News I By Brandon Turkus I May 21, 2013
We mentioned a few weeks back that Mercedes was loaning seven-time F1 world champion Michael Schumacher an F1 car to lap the notorious Nürburgring Nordschleife. Now we have video of that incredible event, with Schumi heading out on track behind an A45 AMG, a CLA45 AMG, an SLS AMG Black Series, and an SLS AMG GT3 racer.

Not surprisingly, Schumacher isn’t exactly running at full tilt (he didn’t even catch air at Flugplatz). Still, it puts a smile on our face watching an F1 car back on the German track. Check out the attached video below, courtesy of the Mercedes AMG Petronas YouTube channel.
