Fast & Furious 6 Previewed In “A Look Inside” Featurette

Were you worried that the Fast & Furious series was going to lose its edge in the sixth installment? Were you concerned there wouldn’t be enough explosions, or that the producers would only violate some of the laws of physics instead of the whole batch? Did you think there’d be a lack of dramatically delivered declarative statements like Vin Diesel’s character saying, “That’s the deal. Take it or leave it,” or rapper Ludicrous proclaiming, “We’re talking ve-hic-u-lar warfare?”

 

Well, watch this featurette, and rest easy. Yes, F&F6 looks to be every bit as nonsensical and action-packed as the previous installments. The crew is hired on by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s character, Hobbs, to bring down a former member of the British SAS that has committed some crime or another. Does anybody really watch these movies for the plot? Regardless, we’re expecting this latest chapter of the Fast & Furious saga to be a great action flick to start the summer blockbuster season.

 

Fast & Furious 6 comes out in theaters on Friday, May 24.
