Meet the new Mercedes-AMG S63, a hybrid land-yacht making 791hp thanks to F1 technology. That’s right, seven hundred ninety-one horsepower, making it the most powerful S-Class ever made. Power is thanks to the newly faithful 4.0 liter biturbo V8, with an added 13.1kWh battery pack (making even more power than the sublime M279 biturbo V12 found in the previous generation S65).
The sprint from 0-60 is quoted at being just 3.2 seconds, which is astonishing. We’ve been a fan of Mercedes-Benz styling since the mid-2010’s, seeing a common design philosophy throughout the entire carmaker’s range. This car looks fantastic – being both elegant and aggressive.
