Race With NASA At CoTA

Features, Racing I By Winding Road Staff I May 03, 2017

NASA will be a Circuit of The Americas in Austin for the first time May 26-28. This is a great chance to race on the F1 track, which is one of our favorites — long, with a wide variety of turns, plenty of passing points and excellent runoff.

Saturday and Sunday entry costs $1199. The Friday test day is $499. You can register here.

Winding Road Racing is offering Arrive & Drive services for this event. We will have two garages, mechanics, alignment, data analysis and coaching available. Bring your own race car and WRR will handle the rest, so all you need to do is show up and be ready to race! Our mechanics are on hand to keep your car running properly and to make set-up adjustments. We will have two garages, mechanics, alignment, data analysis and coaching available.

The pricing below covers our WRR crew chief, mechanic, tools, COTA garage rental and track hospitality for the full three days:

Date(s): Friday, May 26 – Sunday, May 28th

Time: 7:30am – 5:00pm

Location: Circuit of the Americas

Deadline to register: Wednesday, May 10th

WRR Arrive & Drive services price: $2,260 (plus tax)

Note: consumables (tires, fuel, fluids) will be billed at extra cost. Tires must be pre-ordered. The driver event entry fee is not included in this price. Driver coaching incurs an additional charge and must be pre-arranged.

How to sign up with WRR Arrive & Drive: contact Jeff at [email protected]

We also have race cars for rent if you would like to fly in for this event. We offer Spec Miata, BMW Spec E46, Global Mazda MX-5 Cup and Porsche GT3 Cup. Jeff can provide a quote for these cars including tires, fuel and transport.
