Howett says Toyota Committed to F1 Despite ‘Malicious Scare-Mongering’

howetthl.jpgToyota’s Formula One team president, John Howett, has had just about enough of the rumors surrounding the company’s dedication to F1.

With Toyota’s new TF108 not exactly burning up the track in early testing, there have been a raft of reports that company head Katsuaki Watanabe is growing tired of losing. Despite this pressure in the media however, Howett maintains that Toyota is as committed as ever to its future on racing’s grandest stage.
