Chicago Auto Show: Ron Fellows ALMS GT1 Champion Corvette Z06 Live Shots
We clued you in to this year’s special edition Chevrolet Corvettes last week, and the press conference isn’t for an hour or so, but General Motors has thoughtfully left their two newest sports cars laying around for the press in advance.
Thus, we have early shots of the Ron Fellows ALMS GT1 Champion Corvette Z06 seen here, as well as the Indy Pace Car (separate post to follow).

Other than looks, what makes this different than a normal ZO6?

Absolutely nothing, just think of it GM's version of a Statue for Ron Fellows. I think I'd rather have a car named in my honor too.

Poor Z06...
That red/orange interior and the bling-bling wheels...
Good interior design and taste are missing at GM.
Their Australian division, Holden should do all the design. Look at the very good interior in the Holden made G8 for example:

Besides, the articulating headlamps in the side mirrors are nothing if not interesting, right? [...]
