Editor's Letter
It’s not every month we get an opportunity to fall in love with a Hyundai, disassemble the science of Global Warming, and engage in a hotly contested debate over Subaru’s new WRX. We’re at the crossroads of all sorts of sweeping change, involving the future of the cars we love and the companies that build them. But sticking our moistened finger into the air reveals only that we look childish and that it’s difficult to tell which way the wind is actually blowing.
In truth, the wind is blowing everywhere, in every direction, and it is blowing hard in Jack Frampton’s “Science, Religion, Passion, Cohorts, and the Much-Heralded Doom of Planet Earth” column. Read it, and you’ll find out exactly where the wind is coming from and what it smells like. Frampton’s debut in WINDING ROAD is a total yawner, and Jack Frampton is his real name, too. Oh, baby, if only that were true. Click here to read the column.
The winds of the auto show season are now behind us, with New York and Shanghai both a wrap. While we highlight the best from New York in our news section, more in-depth coverage can be found on our Daily News site, including photos, videos, and analysis on hundreds of new vehicles.
Thanks for your time,
