So Long F1: Ralf Schumacher Confirms DTM Drive with Mercedes
It may not be the Formula One drive that he was hoping for, but Ralf Schumacher seems to have heeded his older brother’s advice, and taken a spot on DTM’s Trilux AMG Mercedes team for the 2008 season.
Having run out of F1 drive options, Schumacher confirmed the widely expected DTM move, first reported after the driver did a test with Mercedes-Benz in Portugal earlier this year. Despite his insistence last season that he would remain in F1, Schumacher seems to be enjoying his early DTM experience.

yup, ralph didn't shine in F1 racing. let him try another type of racing where he might win.

Mikka has sure done well for himself in DTM, perhaps Ralfie can enjoy the same success...
Now... Don't take that to mean that Ralfie was half the F1 driver that Mikka was... Obviously, he wasn't.

Half Schumacher should have retired from racing on a somewhat low note after last F1 season. His lap times in testing for Force India F1 were dismal and now he's going to continue his downward slide in another series. Ralf, the game's over, go home.

I wish him luck with DTM. I suspect that it sucks to have to live in an older sibling's shadow.
